Job summary

A global recruitment firm in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to determine human resource needs and manage the recruitment process. Job description

Responsibility:

  1. Determine the human resource needs of each department based on the company's business development plan, and formulate effective talent acquisition strategies.
  2. Design and continuously optimize the recruitment management system, including talent selection methods and talent pool optimization.
  3. Responsible for the recruitment and placement of key positions.
  4. Expand, integrate, and manage recruitment resources to form an effective talent supply channel.
  5. Lead talent mapping initiatives, understand talent demand, and monitor industry talent dynamics.
  6. Coordinate and manage the pre-hiring medical checkup process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary medical checks are completed and reviewed before finalizing the hiring decision.
  7. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and resume screening to interviewing and extending offers.
  8. Organize and participate in team activities and campaigns to enhance team cohesion and promote the company’s employer brand.
  9. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to urgent requirements.
  10. Participate in other recruitment-related projects as needed.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management or related fields.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in staff or worker recruitment. (White Collar Preferred)
  3. Experience in headhunting and manufacturing industries is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication, understanding, observation, organization, and coordination skills.
  5. Strong sense of cooperation with the ability to stimulate team vitality and cohesion.
