Job Summary:
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes across various functions and markets. While English fluency is essential for this role, Mandarin proficiency will be a strong plus as you may engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders or candidates in certain hiring projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build tailored hiring strategies.
• Create and post compelling job ads that attract the right talent.
• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Engage and assess candidates through phone screenings and virtual interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns, including those targeting Mandarin-speaking talent.
• Provide timely hiring updates and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
