Job description

Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours:

First 2 months: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% onsite)

After 3rd month: New Zealand shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM) with shift allowance

Hybrid arrangement (60/40) reviewed post-training based on performance

Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,800 (based on experience & qualifications)

About the Role:

As a Retail Resourcing Senior Specialist, you’ll manage high-volume recruitment activities, coach hiring managers, and act as a subject matter expert in retail resourcing across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and SOPs

Partner with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and visa requirements

Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems (PageUp)

Provide interview resources and ensure privacy compliance

Support high-volume recruitment projects and act as escalation point

Drive continuous improvement and share best practices

Mentor junior team members and support operational issue resolution

Collaborate with AU Retail team to align on processes and goals

Provide monthly recruitment analytics to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in high-volume or shared services recruitment

Strong HR knowledge and sense of urgency

Tech-savvy with experience in recruitment systems (Workday is a plus)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset and ability to manage competing priorities

Experience in mentoring and coaching team members is an advantage
