Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Location: Menara AIA Sentral (Accessible by public transport)

What You'll Do:

  • An integral role part of Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
  • Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
  • Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on-line media, referrals, etc.
  • Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position. Match the most suitable candidates to the available positions.
  • Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc.
  • Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome
  • Manage Candidate Relationship till they are offered or rejected by the client
  • Share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner
  • Ensure stringent compliance to organization’s procedure and policies
  • Other ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
  • Have 1-2 years of relevant working experiences will be an added advantage.
  • Strong passion for recruitment.
  • Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
  • Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work.
