Recruiter (Bulk Hiring Open for Fresh Graduates)

Location: Menara PKNS Petaling Jaya

About Us:

We are a fast-growing recruitment agency specializing in bulk hiring for lower-tier roles across various industries. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment projects for operational and entry-level positions
2. Source, screen, and shortlist large volumes of candidates using multiple channels
3. Coordinate interviews and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with client HR teams
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
5. Meet hiring targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. Keep accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment progress

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in bulk or mass hiring, preferably for lower-end roles (e.g., retail, operations, customer service, logistics, etc.)
2. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment under tight timelines
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
5. Results-driven and adaptable to fast-changing demands
6. Good with fresh graduates (must have passion for recruitment)
