Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract and hire qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role operates primarily as a desktop recruiter, leveraging digital tools and platforms to drive recruitment success and enhance employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and role requirements.
  2. Draft and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms such as JobStreet, JobThings, LinkedIn, and internal portals.
  3. Proactively source and screen potential candidates through online channels, databases, and social media.
  4. Conduct resume screening and initial interviews (via phone/video call).
  5. Manage end-to-end candidate communications, including scheduling interviews, emailing updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  6. Create engaging content for employer branding (e.g., social media posts, recruitment videos, employee stories) to position the company as an employer of choice.
  7. Maintain and optimize hiring platforms (e.g., career pages, job boards, recruitment software) to ensure accurate and up-to-date listings.
  8. Regularly update and manage candidate pipelines using recruitment tracking systems or ATS.
  9. Assist in issuing offer letters, coordinating pre-employment documentation and background checks.
  10. Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal company policies.
