Your role and responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end experience for standard and niche roles, including sourcing, screening, closing, and stakeholder engagement. Be a subject matter expert in a specific domain, industry, or function, continuously creating and expanding diverse candidate pipelines. Understand client groups, market dynamics, and competition to anticipate talent and hiring shifts. Consult with client groups on hiring needs, strategies, and execution. Focus on individual/team objectives and professional development.
Skills:
- Passive candidate search, scouting, communication with candidates and hiring managers, offer extension.
- Collaborate with recruiters, sources, and coordinators in the Philippines and other locations.
Environment:
Professional knowledge related to the incumbent's position, team, and department. Ability to absorb knowledge quickly and develop skills.
Communication/Negotiation:
Collaborate with others to carry out duties; negotiation skills are required.
Problem Solving:
Identify job-related problems, analyze causes, and recommend solutions. Challenge existing procedures to improve processes.
