Job description

As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will drive the recruitment growth for our firm. Understanding our business issues are imperative. You will build strategic relationship with leaders and other teams across our complex business. Identifying and implementing recruitment solutions will extend your talents. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.

Responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for one of the business units and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered
  • Build client relationship with various stakeholders, understand their business goals and anticipate their talent needs
  • Develop strategic sourcing solutions including building talent pipeline to attract and acquire high quality candidates
  • Perform full recruitment cycle according to global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles.
  • Ensure positive client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience either in-house and/or agency environment
  • Comprehensive talent sourcing and mapping experience, preferably in Consulting and/or Technology space
  • Ability to build, engage and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels
