Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Background in headhunting or a recruitment firm is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling work permit matters is preferred.

Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage hiring requests for a diverse range of clients, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Conduct regional hiring, including expatriate recruitment from SEA countries, and manage the associated work permit processes.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Public Relations, or Mass Communications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Background in headhunting or a recruitment firm is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling work permit matters and regional hiring is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for Junior role.
