Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Chemicals & Consumer Goods, is looking for a Recruiter to be based in Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, working onsite. This role requires a close partnership with stakeholders and optimizing client relationships through excellence in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates. The recruiter will become an expert in the market and help guide our clients through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage.
  • Build strong partnerships with the business area supported and candidates to drive client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Work with the sourcing team to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a diverse shortlist.
  • Utilize all available sourcing tools and technology to build a quality candidate pipeline.
  • Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions.
  • Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide market condition updates, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks to Hiring Managers.

Professional Experience

  • Experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates, in in-house, agency, or RPO environments.
  • Prior experience in hiring for Commercial roles is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage at least 12–15 requisitions concurrently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate recruitment tasks when applicable.
  • Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize stakeholder needs.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to commute to Jalan Bangsar office at least 3 times a week, with 2 days WFH.
