Job Responsibility
- Manage hiring requests for a diverse range of clients, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct regional hiring, including expatriate recruitment from SEA countries, and manage the associated work permit processes.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Public Relations, or Mass Communications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Background in headhunting or a recruitment firm is an advantage.
- Experience in handling work permit matters and regional hiring is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for Junior role.
