1. Education:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.

2. Experience:

  • More than 1 year of recruitment experience, with a solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle.

3. Skills:

  • Proficient in using recruitment platforms (e.g. JobStreet, AJobThing, Indeed, etc.) and office software.
  • Basic data analysis skills to optimize recruitment effectiveness through metrics.

4. Core Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly understand business needs.
  • Resilient and able to handle high-intensity recruitment tasks during peak periods.
  • Results-oriented, with strong sensitivity to talent market trends.

1. Hiring Needs Coordination:

  • Communicate with business departments to clarify recruitment needs, develop job descriptions (JDs), and create hiring plans.
  • Regularly analyze recruitment data (e.g. interview attendance rate, retention rate) to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and expand recruitment channels (job portals, headhunters, campus recruitment, internal referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Publish job postings strategically to enhance the attractiveness of the positions.

3. Full-cycle Recruitment:

  • Responsible for resume screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling, background checks, and onboarding follow-up.
  • Assist in optimizing interview processes and evaluation standards to improve the candidate experience.

4. Talent Pool Development:

  • Build and maintain a talent pool; regularly engage with candidates for key positions.
