Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Within Kuala Lumpur
Working Arrangement: Hybrid, 2-3 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours in MY time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our Internal Operations Team and play a key role in supporting our external clients across various industries. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, engage with both candidates and clients, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the recruitment, and HR team
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand job requirements and draft compelling job descriptions.
Source, screen, interview and shortlist potential candidates across multiple platforms.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to manage and build pipelines
Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and background checks.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
Bachelor’s Degree holder
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
