About the role

Join our thriving team as a Recruiter in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a key member of our Human Resources & Recruitment department, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent to drive the success of our company. This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively source and screen qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through job postings, networking, social media and other sourcing methods
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional candidates
  • Provide recruitment reports and analysis to measure key performance metrics

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably within a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proactive, resourceful and adept at sourcing and screening high-quality candidates
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills to manage a diverse workflow
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
