Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all job openings (staff to management level), including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods including LinkedIn, JobStreet, referrals, and job fairs.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, including initial phone screenings and in-person/virtual interviews.

Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with relevant departments.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and prepare regular recruitment reports and analytics.

Continuously improve recruitment practices and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-industry environment.

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in using recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, ATS systems).

High attention to detail and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
