A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and business development initiatives across the APAC region. Your day will involve engaging with customers, closing sales deals, and collaborating with multinational peers to achieve business goals. You will also maintain a strong connection with the Naroda factory to ensure flawless operations and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the APAC region and build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Supervise market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Africa and Middle East regions, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.
  • Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders and customers, encouraging positive relationships and trust.
  • Drive business growth by leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and innovative approaches.
  • Work closely with the Naroda factory to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery to customers.
  • Develop and implement business development plans that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with validated experience in sales and business development, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record of closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets in diverse markets.
  • Experience working with multinational peers and in diverse cultural environments, demonstrating strong intercultural communication skills and a commitment to gender diversity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners across a diverse set of backgrounds.
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business goals and driving growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in sales and business development tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
