A leading healthcare institute in Penang is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Mental Health Technician to support outpatient services. Key responsibilities include providing patient care, managing transportation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a safe environment for patients. This is a Full-Time position as a Receptionist / Mental Health Technician for our Outpatient services. The Outpatient Tech is responsible for providing direct patient care and transportation services to all patients with emotional or psychiatric disorders. In this position you would be responsible in supporting the therapeutic milieu and ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

Job Requirements
Education - High school, GED, or equivalent preferred. Must possess or obtain a valid CPR certification and SAMA training within 30 days of hire.
Experience – Experience in healthcare environment preferred.
Required Licenses
Additional Requirements: Must obtain and maintain approved CPR certification as well as successful completion of Management of Assaultive Behavior training including restraint and seclusion policies prior to assuming patient care responsibility.
