A leading clinic in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive to warmly welcome visitors and manage administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates with a friendly personality and multilingual ability in English and Mandarin are preferred. Warmly welcome and assist visitors with a friendly attitude
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and promptly
Schedule and confirm appointments accurately
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously
Carry out administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Keep the reception area neat, organized, and inviting
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma (Diploma preferred)
Experience in receptionist or customer service roles is a plus
Friendly, approachable, and positive personality
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and phone systems
Ability to speak English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
