About the role

We are seeking a talented and personable Receptionist Admin to join our dynamic team at Xwork Solution Sdn Bhd(voffice malaysia) in our Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time position is crucial in providing a warm and professional welcome to our clients and visitors, as well as supporting our sales team with administrative tasks and light sales duties.

What you'll be doing
  • Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate teams
  • Maintaining reception area and ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and light sales duties
  • Assisting with event and meeting coordination, including preparing meeting rooms and materials
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and refreshments
  • Performing other general administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems
  • A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, with a keen eye for detail
  • Fluent in English & Malay (Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage)
