Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist/Admin officer to join our SKIN SPECIALIST team at The Corner Skin Specialist Clinic in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position.

A background in Medical, Hospitality and/or Aesthetic Line is an ADVANTAGE.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Scheduling patient appointments and maintaining the clinic's appointment calendar

Collecting and processing patient registration and insurance information

Managing and organising the reception area to ensure it is tidy and well-stocked

Providing general administrative support to the clinical team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all backgrounds

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, professional and helpful attitude

A commitment to providing high-quality customer service
