We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vanguard Risk Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of working on a receptionist, handling a variety of clients, and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Handling the booking of Meeting Rooms
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Education an/or Experience.
• Must have a professional approach.
• Confidentiality is essential.
• Must have a proven record of working on a reception handling a variety of clients.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
