1.Entry-level production trainee position: Upon hiring, you will undergo cross-training across multiple roles and follow production schedules; the role requires flexibility regarding overtime and shift work. Final role assignment will be determined based on individual preferences and capabilities following the rotation period.1、应届生产储备岗，入职多岗位轮岗学习，服从生产安排，可接受加班、倒班；轮岗结束结合个人意愿与能力定岗。
