• 5–8 years of experience in project management, delivery management, technical program management, or product operations in complex technology environments.
• Strong experience managing cross‑functional technical initiatives involving engineering, data, AI/ML, analytics, or risk teams.
• Proven ability to drive daily execution and delivery in fast‑moving environments with multiple parallel initiatives and complex dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the day‑to‑day execution of the Detection Squad, ensuring priorities, deliverables, owners, and timelines are clearly defined and tracked.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across data engineering, AI/ML, risk operations, trading, infrastructure, and product teams.
• Own project planning and delivery tracking across detection initiatives, identifying risks, blockers, dependencies, and delays.
