IBN Highland Sdn Bhd invites energetic professionals to join its property sales team at Genting Highlands. The role focuses on promoting and selling tourism real estate projects to local and overseas clients, handling inquiries, giving presentations, and following up with buyers to close bookings.

You will develop new clients via networking, referrals, events and social media while maintaining relationships with agents and partners. Performance bonuses and a strong commission scheme are offered.

Formación

• Must have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in property sales or related customer-sales is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Diploma or higher qualification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell property projects to local and overseas clients
• Handle enquiries, conduct project presentations and follow up with potential buyers
• Generate leads, arrange property viewings, secure bookings and close sales
• Develop new clients through networking, referrals, events and social media
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, property agents and business partners
• Participate in property fairs, roadshows and project launches
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, promotions and market trends
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
