Job description

Employee benefits:

• Monthly GUARANTEED salary **RM4,000 ~ RM5,000 ** given during probation period. (If you find it unsuitable after completion of the first month, we'll give you an additional RM 1,000!!!)

• Provide Corporate group insurance: accident insurance premiums up to RM 200,000; life insurance premiums up to RM 100,000; panel clinic visits are unlimited and specialties are RM 1,500
• After completing the probation period, the salary structure is "Fixed basic salary + Individual Commission + Team Commission". Basic salary offered is higher compared to others in similar industry.

Job Description

• To introduce Kuala Lumpur new project to clients
• Kuala Lumpur commercial district sale and lease agency
• Provide after sales service and follow up with client

Qualifications:

• Candidate without property sales negotiator experience are encouraged to apply
• At least have certificate of diploma/degree in any field in academic (Taiwan Degree Holders are welcome)
• Able to read and communicate in English and Mandarin as we would have foreigner clients. Candidates fluent in English, Mandarin and additional language skills will be preferred.
• Candidate must complete the REN course or PEA training and obtain a certificate after accepting our offer.

Working Hours:

• Working hour is from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., (lunch time 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
• According to company rules and regulations, work by company duty roster
• (During probation period, working hours would be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for training purpose. )
