GT Nelson Realty is seeking motivated individuals to join as Property Negotiators. We offer training, guidance, and team support to help you build a client database and manage listings for subsale, rentals, and new launches in Klang Valley & Kuala Lumpur.

Role includes prospecting, viewings, negotiations, and creating marketing content. There is a performance-based income with high earning potential and flexible working arrangements for both full-time and part-time candidates.

What You Will Do

Assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties

Follow up with leads and potential clients

Build your own client and property database

Create marketing content and promote property listings through social media

Attend team training, coaching and property-related activities

Develop long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, sellers and tenants

Performance-based income with attractive commission opportunities.
Monthly income potential: RM10,000 – RM15,000+
