Job description

We are lookingReal Estate Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining liaisons and relationships with prospects, existing and future tenants.
  • To attend queries from the tenants including complaints and defects.
  • Update defects and complaints report.
  • To oversee the various activities that lead up to the rental of our investment properties.
  • Prepare leasing strategy, actively marketing and pre-letting activities of industrial spaces.
  • Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential tenants.
  • To communicate with prospects for identifying their requirements and choice of property.
  • To prepare documents such as tenancy agreements and correspondence letters.
  • To coordinate the closing of a lease and to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Update leasing chart (monitor the monthly rental collections, defect repair cost and etc).
  • To liaise closely with Property Manager, facility team and any other relevant consultant or contractors.
  • General admin works.
  • The responsibilities shall be all functions associated with your position and such others duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you by HOD from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management / Property Development / Business or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of working experience in Real Estate / Property Management or related field/industry.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Possess good communication skills and problem solving skills.

Working Location: No 2, Jalan i-Park SAC 1/1, Taman Perindustrian i-Park SAC, Senai, Johor.
