Job summary

You’ll generate reports, present findings, and collaborate with international teams; a rostered 5-day week with weekend coverage is required. Bachelor’s degree and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of leasing and legal contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work with international and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations.
• Proactive problem-solving to resolve data issues.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret lease documents and terms.
• Analyze and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.
• Generate data reports and presentations.
• Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
• Work with management to prioritize information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Rostered schedule of 5 working days per week with 2 rest days.
• Willing to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required by business operations.
