Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage and dispatch of raw materials in the warehouse. You will ensure accurate inventory control, proper handling of materials and coordination with procurement and production teams to support smooth manufacturing operations. The scope covers managing materials movement, inventory transfer and pre-assembly between the Raw Material Store and external warehouse (3PL). You will be reporting to the Operation Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strict compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements on Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
  • Ensuring the operation of RM warehouse adherence PPG quality process adherence to ISO9001, IATF16949 & ISO14001.
  • Leading and driving EHS program assigned.
  • Receive and inspect incoming raw materials for quality and quantity compliance with purchase orders.
  • Ensure proper storage of raw materials in designated locations following safety and organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw material stock levels using warehouse management systems or ERP software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations handling raw materials.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse best practices.
