Job summary

Equator Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in Puchong is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a 24-month full-time contract. The role is on-site and focuses on radiographic film interpretation and quality control oversight on NDT projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of RT experience, holds a Level 2 certificate (SCWIP or PCN), and can coordinate with clients and project teams while maintaining thorough inspection records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Radiographic Film Interpretation experience.
• Certified Level 2 Radiographic Film Interpreter (SCWIP or PCN).
• Familiar with additional NDT methods (MPI, PT, PMI, FN, PWHT, HT).
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform RT interpretation per project requirements before client submission.
• Review, verify, and approve radiographic films for codes and specs.
• Coordinate with NDT contractors and site teams for on-schedule inspections.
• Ensure inspections comply with quality procedures and client standards.
• Maintain documentation and records of inspection reports and films.
• Support QC activities related to other NDT methods as needed.
