Job summary

POLIKLINIK MY DR in Sabah, Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Radiographer to join our clinical team. You will operate X-Ray equipment, prepare patients for imaging, and read doctor notes to understand exam purposes.

You will position equipment, adjust exposure settings to achieve appropriate density and contrast, ensure patient safety, update charts, and answer clinical questions. Knowledge of fomema handling is an advantage. This role requires attention to safety and patient comfort.

Responsibilities

• Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Prepare patient for X-ray and read doctor's notes to understand exam purpose.
• Produce X-ray films for diagnostic use.
• Position radiographic equipment at correct angle and height.
• Adjust X-ray machine controls to achieve appropriate density, detail and contrast.
• Ensure patient safety and monitor for reactions to treatments.
• Update charts and answer clinical questions from patients.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Radiographer to join our Poliklinik My Dr team. You will be responsible for

Operating X-Ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring the utmost safety and comfort of our patients.

Prepare patient for X-ray and read doctor's notes as to why exam is being performed.

Produce X-ray films of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problem.

Position radiographic equipment at the correct angle and height over the appropriate area of a patient's body.

Adjust control on the X-ray machine to produce radiographs of the appropriate density, detail and contrast of the body.

Responsible for the safety of the patients, for observing and documenting any reactions to treatment

Updating charts and answering any clinical related questions a patient might have.

Knowledge in handling fomema is advantage.
