Short Intro and About the Job

The newly created R2R-FC Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and complete delivery of compliant management and statutory accounts for all entities within the cluster. This includes ensuring that all financial reports, both management and statutory, are submitted on time and in full. The manager provides all necessary accounting information to meet local regulations, such as tax and legal requirements. Additionally, they support the GL & Reporting Process Champion in developing strong competencies to ensure excellence in execution and service levels.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the General Accounting/Reporting activities performed in their cluster are compliant with the Group core model and with local rules.
• Execute the closing options validated by the DBS Finance Director.
• Deliver management and statutory accounts of all CBUs on time, fully compliant with group rules.
• Review and validate the monthly reporting and bi-annual consolidation packages with DBS and CBU Finance Directors before submission.
• Support the GL & Reporting Process Champion to ensure reported financial information is accurate.
• Perform integrity checks on interfaces fueling the accounting system and follow up on resolution of issues.
• Monitor local GAAP compliance for the in-charge CBU.
• Ensure effective internal control systems are in place for accounting and closing processes.

About You

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Experience: 4-6 years in accounting or reporting functions within multinational companies.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in SAP is required.
