R&D Senior Engineer - Control Hardware Design

Key Responsibilities:

Innovate & Design: Develop electronic/electrical hardware controllers from the conceptual stage to mass production.

Circuit & Component Development: Design and simulate electronic circuits, select components, create schematics, and develop PCB layouts.

Collaborate & Deliver: Work within a product or technology development team to ensure high-quality and reliable products.

Evaluate & Optimize: Conduct testing and validation to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.

Project Management: Plan, manage, and coordinate design activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (CGPA 3.0 / Second Upper and above).

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in electronic circuit design, PCB layout design, and electrical wiring design.

Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail in electronic design and testing.

Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
