Job summary

A leading company in diagnostics and genomics solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects in product development. This role requires deep business acumen, technical knowledge, and proficiency in project management. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and experience, with a preference for PMP or CAPM certification.

Job Description

• Leads or coordinates cross-functional technical projects focused on development of new or enhancement of existing products which may include the design of new product manufacturing processes and/or adherence to compliance requirements.
• Responsible for planning, budgeting, use of resources, communicating progress, issue resolution and overall project execution.
• Tracks the project-deliverables from initiation through delivery or implementation, while ensuring that the project is successfully executed, and results achieve quality, reliability, schedule, efficiency and/or cost goals.
• Reviews, identifies and/or documents technical requirements and tasks, creates schedule for tracking achievement of deliverables, assesses and manages project risk and dependencies, coordinates necessary approvals and may prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and/or quantitative analyses.
• Projects may require deep business acumen, specific technical knowledge and/or mastery of project management steps/tools.
• Project team may consist of internal, cross-functional and/or external technical resources and stakeholders.
