We are representing our client a well-established Halal & HACCP pastry and bakery manufacturer which distribute and supplies broad variety of bakery and pastry products to various customers such as F&B convenient stores, F&B outlets and eateries and airlines.
They are currently embarking expansion plans and in a lookout for an experienced and innovative R&D Manager to lead the R&D team for bread, Danish and frozen cake departments. The incumbent shall focus on developing product innovation and improvement, automation and enhancing the quality of frozen bakery products, to ensure that they meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
