About the role

As the R&D Kitchen Production Supervisor/Production Executive at Zenxin Agri-Organic Food Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and high-quality production of our organic food products. Based in our Ayer Hitam, Johor facility, this full-time position will see you managing the day-to-day operations of our production kitchen, ensuring we meet our quality and output targets.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for production planning and improve operation productivity

Responsible to design and implement procedure and work instruction of respective processing line

Enhance operating efficiency and productivity by effective maintenance of equipment, reducing wastage, keeping proper documentation and records of production operation

Assist in develops, improve, maintain manufacturing processes by studying product process requirements; coordinate with R&D team researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment

Assist in provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.

Assist in prepares product and process reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.

Maintains product and company reputation by ensuring all processes comply with company certificate requirement

Lead production team to oversee production control activities, which ensures production satisfy with company goals and customer demands

Maintains and improve quality and hygienic by establishing and enforcing organization Food Safety Management (FSM) system and others food standard requirement

Enforce health and safety precaution, as well as Good Hygiene Practices.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production supervisory or management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry

Degree/ Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent experience

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams

Proficient in using Microsoft Office
