Job description

R&D Executive (Food Manufacturing Industry)

Collaborate with R&D team to develop new product/ product recipe improvement/ raw material substitution.

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality and safety.

Conduct sensory evaluation to assess product stability and identify areas for improvement.

Investigate and resolve quality-related issues by identifying the root cause, corrective actions, and verifying implementation.

Monitor and analyse product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Manage documentation related to quality control procedures, testing results, and corrective actions.

Communicate with the production department to ensure that the manufacturing processes are consistent with quality specifications.

Product Labelling Information set up

Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

Possess Bachelor's degree or above

At least 1-2 years of working experience in the F&B Industry

Able to express clearly and have good communication skills

A responsible team player/leader

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Flexible, positive attitude, and adaptable to changes

Good command of Mandarin preferred
