Qualifications

• Practical experience in Research and Development functions.

• Lead development of UHT plant-based products.
• Optimize formulations with protein, oil, fat and stabilizer.
• Enhance stability, texture, protein and shelf-life.
• Plan and execute lab, pilot plant and industrial trials.
• Coordinate pilot plant operations and support scale-up.
• Maintain technical documentation and present results.
