To provide support in planning & carry out R&D activities & projects to ensure comply with Food Regulation as well as company vision & mission.

To assist in conducting sensory and shelf-life evaluation for new and existing products sample.

To assist in perform pilot testing and production run until the commercialization of the new or modified product.

To maintain detailed records & documentation to communicate internally or externally as well as for audit purpose.

To assist in conducting research on new product development and product improvement to minimize production costs and maintain product's quality & standard to meet customers' requirements.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Product Development, or a related field.

Working experience in the food industry will be an added advantage.

We are an established manufacturer of surimi and surimi-based products in Malaysia. Since incorporated in 1994 as one of the subsidiaries of QL Resources Berhad, a company listed on the main board in the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, we have successfully evolved to become the leading manufacturer and distributor of surimi in the Asian region. We are also proud to be the leading manufacturer of surimi-based products in the country today.

Accordingly, we are the first vertically integrated surimi manufacturer in Malaysia to successfully integrate the surimi production plant with its substantially automated downstream production line to simultaneously produce both surimi and surimi-based products. Today, all our existing operations are also being increasingly automated and continuously upgraded in line with modernization and operational efficiency.

Through a workforce of more than 1200 workers, we produce a wide variety of chilled and frozen surimi-based products of the highest quality. All these products are delicious, nutritious and naturally fresh as we focused on utilizing only fresh marine fish source in our productions.
