Job Requirements:

• Required Language: English
• Candidate with Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, as it facilitates liaising with clients within Asia.
• Must possess at least SPM or higher qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of industrial and technical engineering calculations.
• Skills: Analytical Thinking, Analysis, Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving Skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare quotes for sales, agents, and customers; follow up accordingly.
2. Quote product prices, delivery specifications, payment terms, and suggest substitutes when appropriate, supported by Sales.
3. Use engineering knowledge to determine product specifications, applications, and pricing for specific projects.
4. Collaborate with Customer Solution division and customers to meet their needs and resolve issues.
5. Work closely with Sales Support - Order Management to convert quotations into orders.
6. Ensure all paperwork is complete upon proposal acceptance and transfer necessary information to Sales Support.
7. Coordinate with Sales Support for any changes in quotations, CAD drawings, or projects, ensuring updates are maintained.
8. Work with Engineering, Article Management, and Purchasing for special products (SAN systems).
9. Use CRM daily to update quotation statuses, customer profiles, and business activities.
10. Prepare quotation reports and submit to relevant departments.
11. Provide high-quality, responsive service to customers, analyzing feedback and market information.
12. Support purchasing functions, market research, product evaluations, inventory management, and pricing development as needed.
13. Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training to enhance knowledge.
14. Handle administrative duties related to sales and projects as assigned.
15. Prepare sales contracts as required.
16. Maintain organized electronic and hard copy files.
17. Work collaboratively with colleagues and exercise teamwork.
18. Perform any other duties as assigned.
