Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quarry Sales Executive/Salesman to join our team at MS55 QUARRY SDN BHD. This full-time position is based in Lunas Kedah and will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our quarry customers.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the quarry industry
  • Promote and sell quarry products (aggregate, crusher run, sand, etc.) to customers such as contractors, hardware shops, batching plants, and developers
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing quarry customers to drive repeat business
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers, ensuring targets and objectives are met
  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate logistics and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
  • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand the company's reach
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the quarry or construction materials industry
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide good after-sales service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
