Job Responsibility

• Pre & Post Contract Works.
• Prepare tender submission including taking off quantities, call for quotation, tender interview and related works.
• Evaluation and selection of sub-contractors and preparing contracts document.
• Project budgeting and project cost control.
• To handle Progress Claim, Progress Report, Variation Order, Omission Report and Final Account.
• Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction team and sub-contractors.
• To undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time by the management.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant fields.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Skilled and knowledgeable in civil engineering project costing and cost evaluation.
