Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Interior Design.
• Fresh graduates welcome for Executive level.

Quantity Surveyor Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor Executive - Interior Design

• Commit to the project schedule upon receiving the award of projects for the entire contract department, including budgeting, sourcing, finalizing supplier & contractor pricing, procurement, delivery, and quality control.
• Advise on suitable and effective strategies, skills, and methods for tender pricing.
• Prepare pre-project budgets and tender documentation.
• Ensure contractual records with clients and suppliers are compliant to protect the company's interests.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendors.
• Train and lead a team of subordinates to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure zero mistakes in costing and submit tenders on time as specified by clients or consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the Interior Design industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Executive level.
• Meticulous in cost calculations and documentation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
