Qualifications

Job Responsibility
Responsibilities
- Help prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Track project costs and flag any variances.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts.
- Work with the team to manage contract changes and support contract compliance.
- Maintain records of project expenses and payments.
- Prepare reports on costs to ensure projects stay on budget.
- Support communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed.
- Build positive relationships to support smooth project delivery.
- Assist in preparing reports for management on project progress and finances.
- Ensure all contract documents and records are accurate and up-to-date

What are we looking for?
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or related roles (typically 2-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimating, and budgeting.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and project specifications.
