Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assistance Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team at RAE SOLUTIONS PLT' in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing estimating and quantity surveying support for our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting take-offs and measurements from project plans and drawings
• Monthly progress claim / payment recommendation
• Variation order & final account
• Assist to office administration works
• Assisting the Estimating team in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Researching and analyzing material and labour costs to ensure competitive pricing
• Preparing detailed bill of quantities and cost breakdowns
• Providing support in the tendering and bidding process

What we're looking for

• Relevant in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
• Proficient in using software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to work
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
