• Source suppliers & subcontractors
• Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) & Purchase Orders (PO)
• Obtain & compare quotations
• Price negotiation with suppliers
• Ensure materials comply with specs
• Coordinate delivery schedules with site
• Monitor material cost vs budget
