Job summary

Sang QS Consult, a BIM-ready consultancy in Subang Jaya, seeks a Quantity Surveyor for a full-time on-site role. You will prepare and review BOQ and cost plans, monitor costs, and produce regular cost reports to support value engineering and risk management across projects.

Ideal candidates will hold a related degree and demonstrate strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and cost-management tools.

Qualifications

• Strong cost planning and cost management skills for pre- and post-contract stages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQ, cost plans, and estimates for construction and refurbishment projects.
• Monitor and control project costs, produce regular cost reports, and support value engineering and risk management activities.
• Evaluate tenders, assess variations and claims, and prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors and maintain accurate cost records.
• Support procurement strategies and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
