Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and measurement of quantities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Based at Bandar Puchong Utama with possible site travel.

Responsibilities

• Competent to complete cost estimation for tender work independently.
• Call subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and compare quotes.
• Take-off quantities and review contract documents and risk.
• Post-contract commercial management including interim claims and variations.
• Monitor project budgeting costs and cost-control of all suppliers and subcontractors.
• Handle pre- and post-contract matters and ensure timely progress claims and invoices.
