Contractual Agreement

Provide Contractual advice and risk assessment on project management

Assist in tender process from review of tender documents, drawings, BOQs, tender evaluation, to recommendation of Award

Sourcing of materials, subcontractors, and vendors

Ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications

Project Coordination

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery

Attend project meetings and provide updates on contract and cost matters

Assist in resolving contractual issues, disputes, or claims in a timely manner

Perform on-site measurements and valuations to assess work completed and ensure accurate payments

Compliance and Standard

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Stay abreast of industry trends and changes that may impact cost management processes.

Prepare accurate and detailed project budgets, cost estimates and cost comparison based on project requirements

Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and optimization

Monitor project cost throughout the project including budgeting and cost reporting

Review contractors’/ suppliers’ quotations and recommend cost effective solutions

Assist in preparing progress claims, final accounts and cost update reports

Follow quotations status and obtain PO from clients

Manage variations order and ensure accurate evaluation
