Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is based out of our Senai plant.

  1. Conduct hydrostatic test QL and Taper tests on products.
  2. Conduct hydrotest on Keylock products.
  3. Conduct hydrotest on DOF and DOM Male products.
  4. Conduct hydrotest for standard prefab products.
  5. Conduct air test on special products.
  6. Complete the test reports and update into the system data base.
  7. Indicate the inspection status on products.
  8. Maintain the equipment and operates it in a safe manner.
  9. Keeps the working area clean and always organized.
  10. Adhere and support all company rules and policies.
  11. Any other duties as and when required by the immediate supervisor.
  12. Must follow and enforce all safety and environmental policies and programs; must be able to use personal safety devices as required by company policy; report any activities that could be detrimental to the safety and/or the loss of productivity; report any injuries when they occur.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  1. Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in the similar function.
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Good interpersonal working skills.
  5. Candidate should be able to work in night shifts.
TRAINING
  1. To actively participate in the training of personnel, recommend training needs to the Competence/Training/HSE Manager and to evaluate the effectiveness of all completed training.
SAFETY
  1. To ensure that all accidents/incidents are reported in a timely manner to the Safety Department and Line Management.
